By accessing or using TrendCatchNetwork.com, our websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, advertising services, supermarket technologies, and any related products or services operated by Trend Catch Network Inc. (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

Trend Catch Network Inc. provides digital platforms connecting community members, supermarkets, local businesses, brands, advertisers, and communities through digital advertising, supermarket marketing technologies, community member rewards, promotional campaigns, mobile applications, analytics tools, digital displays, and related products developed by Trend Catch Network Inc.

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. Advertisers, brands, agencies, screen hosts, and supermarkets represent that they have the authority to bind their business to these Terms.

Your free community account includes sponsor offers and advertisements.

You agree not to:

• • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• • Upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any law.
• • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any business or organization.
• • Manipulate coupon claims, rewards, scans, or campaign analytics.

Advertisers, screen hosts, supermarkets, and other paying customers agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services they use. Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Fees are billed in accordance with the plan or campaign terms agreed to at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

TrendCatch Network sends one-time verification codes by SMS to users who choose SMS verification. SMS is optional, and users can verify by email instead.

Message frequency varies based on your verification requests. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@trendcatchnetwork.com .

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Trend Catch Network Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Trend Catch Network Inc. a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trend Catch Network Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Catch Network Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
